I recently upgraded my SIM only deal (in error as should have changed my plan) but I’ve received no data roll over depsite me using only 50% or so of my allowance.
Why and can this be rectified?

Unfortunately, your rollover data will be lost and you will be starting fresh when you upgrade or plan change.
