I have not received a sim card with my phone yesterday and no eSim by email.
I cannot request a new one on the app as the phone can't receive the activation code by text message because I don’t have a sim.
I’m 24 hours waiting now and support has not been available this whole time. I just get:
I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.

My PAC transfer from my old phone happens tomorrow morning - If this happens and I still can’t get an eSim or any help via support what are my options.
This is a terrible experience for a new customer.
