Hi there
I received my new phone from ID mobile today. Have my PAC from Vodafone to transfer my number over trying to fill out the form but don’t know where my ID number is , does it come after the phone? Need it before my bill rolls over to another month on Monday.

Okay
If you’ve got your new iD SIM card, it should be ready to use, so just pop it into your new phone, then call or text a friend - they should be able to tell the number.
Otherwise, the mobile number should be on the SIM card packaging that held your iD SIM, or on the receipt you received with your plan.
