I've not had internet connection for a week now... anyone else having problems?

Sorry to hear you are having connection issues. 

The quickest way to get a good idea of the coverage in your area(s) would be to pop your postcode in our online Coverage Checker .

You can also contact our Live Chat team who are able to assist with account related support.
