no live chat available on the contact ID page

The Team are available from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.Â
Unfortunately, as we are operating on a reduced staff the team are extremely busy at times, however, I have just checked and the ‘Live Chat’ button is available at this moment, so there is a chance you can get through to them.Â
Is there anything we can help you with here on the Community? We’ve got a host of FAQs that can help you manager your iD Mobile plan. If your query requires us to look into your account, unfortunately you’ll need to contact us via webchat.Â

Hi Nikhil, do you have to be logged into an ID account to reach live chat? as i am currently unable to log into my account.

You wouldn’t need to be logged in. The option to Live Chat should pop up when on the page here:
