Hi i purchased a phone with you through carphone warehouse.
the phone was faulty as there was no service on the phone so i returned it.
I am yet to recieve a refund for the upfront cost when i have had confirmation of them recieving the phone back and the contract being cancelled.
please send me my refund

Where did you return the phone? The return should have been through Carphone Warehouse and they will process any refund due. Have you spoken to Carphone Warehouse?

I returned the phone using the label they gave me.
DPD sent me a confirmation that it had been delivered and ID sent me a text to acknowledge that i had cancelled the contract however no confirmation off carphone warehouse
