Last week my phone said ‘No Service’ for several days. After a long online chat it turned out to be ‘unplanned outage’. There had been no emails to inform me of this.
The agent raised a complaint. I was sent a text to the phone that had no service which I eventually received when I got service back!!
I received an email asking me to phone the Complaints Department on an 0800 number but couldn’t get through to speak with anyone. (Good job I have a landline as well!!)
My phone is again telling me there is No Service and I can’t get through to Complaints Department.
