No signal or really poor signal

Hi the last week or so, I am really having issues when I am out and about.  I get no signal or really poor signal strength which means I can’t successfully send or even receive any texts and can’t browse the internet.  As a result I have not received some important texts on time and only when I have come home and on the WiFi do the texts come through.  My daughter is having the same issues and we can’t communicate when she needs a list as she can’t send or receive texts either.

i  paying for a service we are not receiving!!!!

Hello @Chouds I am very sorry to hear of the problems you are experiencing.

Is this just a recent drop in coverage? Are calls affected? When did this start? What is the postcode of the area where you are having trouble?
