no sim card has arrived

i ordered my sim card on the 13th july and it still hasn’t arrived (8 days ago), i called someone to help and they referred me to the live chat which proved unhelpful. 

im also annoyed, because i cancelled my previous contract assuming that the sim card would arrive in a couple of days (as the email you sent me stated), but have had to buy a pay as you go sim so that i can still make phone calls and even contact your team.. still no tracking updates or apology about delays.

Okay @Abigail Bucknor, when you start a new pay monthly SIM only plan with iD Mobile, the SIM card is sent by Royal Mail, and there’s no tracking information.

It normally takes 3-5 working days for the SIM card to be delivered, after ordering.

I suggest you contact the iD telephone sales team about your order, on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
