i ordered my sim card on the 13th july and it still hasn’t arrived (8 days ago), i called someone to help and they referred me to the live chat which proved unhelpful.
im also annoyed, because i cancelled my previous contract assuming that the sim card would arrive in a couple of days (as the email you sent me stated), but have had to buy a pay as you go sim so that i can still make phone calls and even contact your team.. still no tracking updates or apology about delays.
