I ordered my sim card 11 days ago and have not received it yet. As I am not happy with your customer support system, I do not want this SIM card anymore. I need to cancel my contract, in order not to pay the bill, as I have not used the plan yet, because I do not have your SIM.
Without the SIM card, I am not able to create the ID account and then cancel my plan. You do not provide a direct communication with an operator and I do not know what to do. I am very disappointed, I wasted my time trying to find a solution for the SIM card and then for the account.
Is there anyone who can cancel my plan for me?
