I use ID mobile and many people say they cannot call my number while other can call without problem. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Do the people calling who have an issue hear a a particular error message? Are you notified that they attempted to call?
What type of numbers are the ones that are having difficulty getting in touch with you?
