Not receiving short code text messages

I am not receiving one time password requests from Amazon and potentially others. This seems to be a common occurrence with others.Please advise how this can be fixed

Hi @andytmc,

 

Is it just Amazon, or are their others that you’re aware of too? Have you ever been able to receive OTP on our network, or is this a new development?

 

Also, have you ported a number over to us recently?

No still not working properly for any short codes. Also unable to send to short code messages - donations to children in need (70710) fail
