Since porting into the network on 24th OTPs from the banks and SMS alerts from my company have not been coming through. All other calls and messages have been working fine. I have tried my SIM in 2 different iPhones and an Android. I have checked My Number, deleted all blocked numbers, reset my settings, erased all content and settings, switched my phone off and on, cleaned my SIM, been on live chat with CS on several occasions, raised a formal comlaint. It’s driving me mad and causing me lots of issues with work. Please help!
