Not receiving some SMS since porting in last Friday

Since porting into the network on 24th OTPs from the banks and SMS alerts from my company have not been coming through. All other calls and messages have been working fine. I have tried my SIM in 2 different iPhones and an Android. I have checked My Number, deleted all blocked numbers, reset my settings, erased all content and settings, switched my phone off and on, cleaned my SIM, been on live chat with CS on several occasions, raised a formal comlaint. It’s driving me mad and causing me lots of issues with work. Please help!

Sorry to hear that this is happening!

 

Have you checked to make sure the number is correct on the systems you’re receiving this from?

Try removing and re-adding the number to see if this helps.

 

If it’s not made a difference, please email us so we can look into this further.
