Recently I took out a new contract with iD mobile but since then I haven’t been able to receive text messages from any of my contacts. The phone is a Samsung A52 5G. How can I fix this?

Can you try sending a text to yourself? Any issues here?
Are you able to locate the SMS Centre number for us?
