hi I hope someone can help ? I have just upgraded my phone to note lite 10. My phone was working fine yesterday but now all of a sudden it keeps coming up with "not registered on network" evertime I go to make a call or send a message?

When you upgraded, did the phone come with a new iD Mobile SIM?
If so, then it’s possible that the iD Mobile App had asked you if you were using that new SIM then you may have activated that one in the app. If you have that new SIM, please insert it and things should be working fine there we’d expect.
If you don’t have another SIM from us, then please let us know by reply here and we can look into this further as needed.

We have the same problem. We did not receive a new SIM card, phone was working fine until a couple of days ago and now it states it is not registered to a network. Please help with what we need to do?
