Not registered on network and says Emergency calls only

Hi,

I cannot get any access to the network. It say emergency calls only and I can’t call out or even receive calls from anyone. Please advise as this is causing me problems.

Hi @carolharll,

We are sorry to hear about this issue. Have you tried to restart your phone in an attempt to reconnect to the network? If that doesn’t help, please go to the settings and visit the mobile network settings. Inside there, try a manual network operator search and select our network from the list.
