Number Change

I've been trying to change my number for 3 days with no response what else do I need to do. Is it just easier to leave and get a new number that way as I now need to leave my phone off currently to avoid issues, while I try and get it changed. I have a crime reference number and its frustrating not being able to sort this without so much work

A number change will cost £25, however, this can be done free if you are able to provide a Crime reference number. We will send you a Private Message now. To view the message sent, Simply click on your profile icon on the top right, and select Private Messages.
