i submitted a request to port my number from SMARTY to ID using a PAC code. now my old sim has no service but the ID number has not changed over. if i try to use the PAC code again on your site it shows the following message “Switching request has already processed for this MSISDN. Please contact customer service for details”. there is no one to talk to and chat is rubbish. how can i resolve this. i cant afford to have a new number. i need my old one to remain. help please.
