number not transferring

I submitted my PAC code on Friday. My normal number (which I want transferred) is now disconnected when I try calling it and when I make phone calls with the ID sim, it's a different number. Please can you tell me when my normal number will be transferred and activated? I've never been disconnected when transferring provider before and am concerned people will be trying to contact me and number sounds disconnected.

Hello @dwilson,

If you submitted the PAC code on Friday and your old SIM has stopped working, it’ll be in the process of porting because ports submitted Friday (before 5PM) are picked up on Monday.

If you could allow until this evening and restart the phone, you should get a text on the iD SIM to confirm when it’s ported.
