Number port scheduled yesterday and not happened

Bought the ID sim on Saturday and got the shop to set up the number transfer from my old network. Was scheduled for yesterday (Monday) and has not happened. Will it be done today or is there a problem? At the mombent using my UD sim and so cant get all the calls to my old number. Thanks

We are sorry to hear about the delay with your number port.

When you port in your number into iD Mobile it can take 48 hours (not including weekends) which means that it may take until wednesday if you did the request over the weekend.

If you could please message our Live Chat Team HERE somebody can take a quick look into this for you.

Let us know how you get on, however we would advise to allow the full timescale of 48 hours.
