I’ve been waiting a week for my number to be ported from another supplier to my id sim, is this normal

Hi there @marylhann

Have you registered the iD Mobile account (using the number we sent you initially).

It might be worth re-submitting the PAC (code) using the iD Mobile App or our website.

A number port should only ever take 1-2 working days at most.
