Trying to switch my number so that I keep my old number.
I have entered my PAC code and the number I want to keep, as requested.
The app tells me that I have entered one of them wrong.
The app is incorrect. I checked with my old provider, and the PAC code is correct. My number is also correct, so this is a problem with ID, not with me.
Incredibly disappointed with ID so far. The customer service is inaccessible, therefore terrible, and honestly this makes me want to switch back to my old provider. It shouldn’t be this difficult to sort out a problem.
