Old deactivated email address still registered to Account but get notifications to current email

I dont have access to my old email but it is still registered to my mobile number. 

I gave iD my current email many months ago and have been getting regular newsletters and notifications of my Account. 

But I am still unable to enter into my Account because it still doesn’t recognise my current email.

I cannot use the old email because it has been deactivated for 12 months or more. 

Anyone’s help appreciated greatly.

Please contact our Live Chat team , so they can look into this for you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.

ID Mobile have updated your contact details to the new email you supplied.

However you will need to still continue to login to the website and the app with the OLD EMAIL as this is your username - login usernames cannot be changed. 

Yes really annoying but that’s the current system at present.

Just to clarify when anyone changes their email address on the site it’s only the login email username that remains the same as it was when you first registered this will never change! Newsletters and notifications of my Account will all go to the new updated email.

Old email addresses will continue to only be used for username logins, nothing more.
