Old iD bills required

Hi,
I would like to print all my past bills. The problem is that my contract has ended more than 6 months ago and moved abroad. Hence, I can no longer log into my iD App. I also couldn't find a number to speak to iD from abroad. Can anyone help me, please?

Hi @fleischh

If you have access to WiFi you could use live chat to contact ID Mobile. Head to this page and you should see the button on the bottom of the screen. Wait for it to be blue (It means an advisor is free for a chat) and they will be able to help you.

Alternatively you could email ID  stating your community nickname and link to this thread along with:

  • Your full name
  • Full address with postcode
  • Mobile Number
  • Email address

And they could have a look into your enquiry for you.
