When I joined iD a week ago I was offered a £150 rebate for my old phone and was told that a envelope for this would arrive separately. It has not arrived and there seems to be no other way to contact iD to find out where it is!

Was your order made through Carphone Warehouse? If so, you would need to speak to them regarding trading in your old phone as this service is not offered by us I'm afraid.
