old number still hasnt transferred after 1 week

My old number still hasn’t transferred to new iD sim after a week ? 
many ideas how much longer this may take as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

I'm in the same boat I've been waiting since Monday my old contract finishes on Tuesday so I hope it's done soon. To be fair to ID they have refunded a week's service for the problems

If it’s been longer than 3 working days since you submitted your PAC (code) to us.  Then we’d suggest either trying to submit it again (and see if that allows you to).

Send an email and include the following:

• Your full name
• Full address including postcode
• Telephone number
• Email address

What telephone number would you send via email? Old one is deactivated and don’t want the new one. Such a hassle.
