Hi 

Can someone please help...... I ordered a Samsung s20 fe but I haven't received it yet or had any other emails regarding my order.

Is the phone out of stock?

When you order online we'll send you two emails 

The first confirms that we've received your order - we'll send this shortly after you've placed it. 

The second confirms your order has been accepted and is on its way - we usually send this the day before your delivery. 

If you haven't got either of these emails 

We might need more info from you. We'll try to contact you, but if we haven't got hold of you yet, please call our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250 or you can speak with our Live Chat team?  They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. 

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
