Order Cancelation

Hello Team,

I have got an email saying my order has been cancelled as my credit check have been failed  for the order <number removed>.

My current loan payments are up to mark with the banks. I want to know the exact reason why it was declined? Could you please share the credit score summary so that I can understand the things better.
It is very disappointing for me to hear this.
