I need someone from the ID mobile team to contact me please.. I’ve had a few conflicting emails, one email saying my order is being processed, one saying you need to speak to me and if there’s two failed attempts to contact me the order will be cancelled, but no one has tried to call me and it’s been several days, and another email saying my order is out of stock.. My bank also has two pending transactions, one on the day I made the order and another today?
I’ve tried the online chat but it’s always telling me to try again later.
