Hi,
placed an order on Friday (REF: 122224932) and had confirmation email that it had been processed, but the upfront payment hasn’t actually been taken yet and I haven’t had a dispatch email.
is this normal?

At what time did you place the order?
If you place an order on Friday, please note: we don't offer free next day delivery on Saturday, and DPD doesn't deliver on Sunday. Your order will be delivered on Monday (if you order before 8pm Friday) or Tuesday (if you order after 8pm Friday).
It was at 17:26 on Friday. I just think it’s weird that the payment hasn’t been taken yet. Also had no tracking details.
