I ordered a new phone and sim on the 21st March and only got one email saying its being processed. It should’ve been delivered by now and still haven’t heard anything. Any help from actual people rather then automated services would be great!

When you order online we'll send you two emails
The first confirms that we've received your order - we'll send this shortly after you've placed it.
The second confirms your order has been accepted and is on its way - we usually send this the day before your delivery.
