Hi,last week I registered and order sim card,I still not received sim card and already got bill that I will need pay in few day,for what I will pay if I not use card yet?

New iD SIM cards are sent using Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 workings days - from date of dispatch. If you haven’t received your new SIM card, contact the iD customer service team using online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The customer service team work until 8pm weekdays.
You can use any telephone number with online chat and to avoid the chat-bot, type “talk to a person” after connecting - anyway, good luck.
