I have ordered two contract mobiles but have no confirmation if everything is confirmed and both have gone through OK. Could someone from ID please PM me to clarify? Mobiles for children's Christmas so need to know ASAP in order that I can source elsewhere if necessary. Can't use live chat as have no ID mobile number.
