i recently ordered a contract through carphone warehouse for ID network
i have now received an email from carphone warehouse stating this:
due to an increased volume of orders there has been a delay in processing your order.
there is no need to do anything as we will send you an email update once we have received this information from the network.
we apologise for the time it has taken to process your order and appreciate your cooperation at this busy time of the year.

CAN ANYONE SHED ANY LIGHT ON THIS AND EXPLAIN TO ME WHATS HAPPENING/ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE.
