what do you do when you have used your calls limit for that month

You can either wait till your allowance start again next month or you can adjust your account cap limit. More info here https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/capping

This will give you an out of plan spending limit, and will appear on your next bill.
This should keep you going until your next months allowance kicks back in.

Simply log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online and adjust your cap on the settings page.

Please be mindful of the charges, set a cap limit that you can afford to repay.
