Okay @Mandy Hird, this is a little too vague for us to help. Have you checked your bill to see what the charges are for? You may have gone over on your allowances, or you may have recently changed your Direct Debit date which would result in a larger bill.

If youā€™re still stumped, Iā€™d recommend speaking toĀ theĀ Facebook,Ā TwitterĀ orĀ Live ChatĀ teams so they can take a look at your account.

Hi it is just my monthly plan there is no over chargesĀ  Ā i changed to 12.00 per month a few month ago but am getting charged for 15.00 per month which is not what i changed toĀ  this is 3 month nowĀ

The online chat team work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.

IfĀ you canā€™t use iD online chat, just send a private request for assistance to iD Mobileā€™s social media team onĀ facebookĀ (using Messenger) orĀ TwitterĀ (by Direct Message).
