Hi,

I have tried to switch my old number to my new iD mobile sim using my pac code, however it doesn’t seem to be working.

I have tried twice and have had no luck.

Please could you assist me with this, thank you.

There is two ways to transfer your number you can do it by filling up this form here or by registering an Account here. I helped another user here at the community  with similar issue and requesting a PAC Code from registered Online Account worked for him.
