Hi can someone help me please. I'm transferring my number from Vodafone to id and have the pac number VCN582255 but it isnt working I have spoken to Vodafone and they say I need to speak to you but there is no one available on the phone.

Did you attempt to transfer your number using the switching page?
If so, what error message are you getting?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I kept getting wrong pac code or phone number but it wasnt. Anyway eventually I had a message saying it's being transferred? So hopefully it had worked now
