Hello, I recently purchased a contract through Carphone Warehouse but then cancelled my contact with ID Network as I didn’t like the phone, I have now purchased another contract through ID network but would like to keep my old number, however the PAC code I got is not working.  Please help as all my stuff is linked to my old number and I cannot sign onto anything on my new phone due to this.

We can certainly help with getting your old number over. Just a quick on though, is the old number an iD Mobile number too?
