Hi guys, I posted this the other day and received a response from Mohammed in iDSupport asking me a question, but I have been blanked since and issue still not resolved. Does anyone know how to get help?
“I’ve received a PAC from iDMobile (both online and via text), and they are both the one provided by my old provider when I came to iDMobile. I need a new PAC to leave. Please can you provide as I can’t call and chat doesn't work.”
