I text to 65075 and receive a PAC code. However, my new provider cannot use it. I was said twice that the PAC did not match the phone number. I wouldn’t bother the support, but just the same already happened when I tried to do that myself on web. The system does not accept the PAC code that ID mobile texted me. Could you help, please?
