I have recently joined ID and requested a PAC code from my previous network provider. I have used the ID switch form and completed all the fields, when I go to hit ‘submit’ it comes up with an error saying all fields are mandatory and they must be completed.
I have completed all the fields - it’s so frustrating!
I just want to submit my PAC code - the chat bot takes me around in circles and I can’t speak to anyone. What else can I do?
