pac code needed - not requested at point of 30 day notice given

Hi, I left on the 11th March and forgot to ask for a PAC code - is it still possible to get one as the app doesnt give the option any more

Hi @sheldongayfer, did you request to leave on 11th March, or was the line disconnected on that date?

If the line has already been disconnected, I’m afraid it’s no longer possible to request a PAC and the number will have been lost. 

However, if you still have network services with iD Mobile, you can text PAC to 65075.
