PAC code not transferred

In My Services it says the PAC code should have been transferred yesterday. It says on the bill I will have been charged since the day I purchased the new SIM but I’m still having to use my old SIM with 3 as this hasn’t been processed yet.

@Hart I would recommend contacting iD customer services directly via live chat or social media as they should be able to confirm the status of your number transfer straight away.

Alternatively you can wait for iD to reply here which may take a few days.

How do you contact them, I can’t see how to contact them on the App or on here?
