I submitted my PAC code on Friday before 5.30pm, I didn't receive any confirmation regarding this however the website did say it had been submitted successfully.
My number has still not transferred, or even been acknowledged. I am still having to use my old phone, and therefore will have to pay for this months bill on my old network.
This has really taken the shine off having a new phone and is causing me stress, not being able to speak to an actual human isn't helping.
Could someone please check this and possibly port it manually?
