I have just got a new contract for my partner and want to keep her old number. Requested a PAC code and when inputting it onto site it is saying ‘ PAC field cannot contain VTM’.?
Currently with ID mobile and staying with them.
All help gratefully received.

Is your partner wanting to port her existing iD mobile number to the new iD sim? If so, then unfortunately this will not be possible as we do not support internal migrations. If you are looking to keep the same number, we would advise canceling the new iD contract and upgrading the existing iD contract.
