PAC not being sent

I have followed the instruction…. sent PAC and DOB to 65075, and I receive the reply “Almost there!. We just need the word PAC and your DOB to 65075, I’m going round in circles, please help.

So sorry to hear you want to leave us at iD Mobile.

Have you tried doing this through My Account Online or ID Mobile App , its simple 

  • Log in to the ‘iD Mobile App’ or ‘My Account’ online
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ Page from ‘My dashboard’
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘Thinking of leaving’
  • Select ‘Start Switching Now’ select ‘Request a PAC’ and follow the instructions.
