PAC transfer


Hey, I’ve entered all my details to transfer my old number with a PAC code, etc, but it is saying ‘There is an issue with your PAC’ Please can you help me? Thank you

@EmB This is a public community based forum so I would recommend you remove the screenshot from your post as soon as possible. If the PAC code is correct on your screenshot somebody could use the information to steal your mobile number.

We can help with this! It looks like the transaction number is incorrect.

 

I’d recommend getting in contact with our Facebook or Twitter teams or even our Live Chat team so we can grab the correct transaction number for you!
