I have forgotten the password for my phone, it will not let me use finger print, what do I do. This is VERY annoying

If you’re using an Android phone, then the fingerprint log in is currently removed to be re-added in a future iD Mobile App update. Some compatibility issues needed to be ironed out which caused the feature to be removed.
