pay as you go
Hi,
I have tried to order a pay as you go package from your website, however I have only lived in the UK for the last 2 years, so I am unable to provide address for three years. Is it still possible for me to get an switch to your network?

It should not be a problem to get Pay as you Go Sim, if you for some reason are unable to order it through the website you could try calling iD Customer Support, you will be able to find the number on the contact page. You can also pop into your local Carphone Store and they can setup PAYG Sim for you.

Hi there
If you’re purchasing a “bundle” when you’re on Pay as you Go. Then those only last for 1-month.
However, if you’re buying just general credit, then that would last longer than a month.
It’s usually better value for money to be on a Pay Monthly plan in terms of what you get for your money, plus unused data would be rolled over too.
